By creating an account with Onah ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

Onah is a menstrual cycle tracking application that provides phase-based guidance, wellness recommendations, and access to AI-powered specialist conversations. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Onah. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Onah does not provide medical advice. Content within the app — including AI specialist conversations — is for informational and wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, diagnosis, or treatment.

All content, features, and functionality of Onah are owned by Onah and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You agree not to: (a) use the service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code; (c) use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Onah operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require your re-acceptance before you can continue using the app. You will always be notified within the app when this occurs.
